LINK is proud to announce that we have received two Genius Awards from the American Staffing Association, for Social Media Campaign and Mobile Application. The Genius Awards recognizes the best and most innovative communications and marketing campaigns among ASA member staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions companies. Out of four categories, LINK ranked as a Staffing firm with $25 million–$100 million in annual sales.
Honorees were selected by a panel of communications and marketing experts that bases their decision on the overall quality of campaigns’ messaging, originality of approach, outcomes, design, and visual appeal.
Social Media Campaign
LINK’s approach to social media was created out of a core LINK value of continual improvement. The goal to increase brand awareness by creating an inclusive online community that appeals to prospects, clients, and candidates- both locally and nationally. Our marketing team has worked hard to involve all facets of LINK to build a unified social media presence. Through research and analytics, we have been able to harness the power of social media and learn what works best for our specific audience. By creating a robust editorial calendar and communicating our efforts with the teams monthly, we have organically revamped and grown our online footprint by an average of 166%.
On the other hand, the LINK 360 mobile application was created out of a fundamental principle to keep our employees safe. Safety and continual improvement have always been key aspects of LINK’s decision-making process. Using more than 35 years of experience, we developed the LINK 360 Safe Environment program – ensuring 360° of safety for all LINK employees. It is a comprehensive, ongoing safety review and training program for all of our clients and employees, beginning with a pre-assignment site safety evaluation. Gathering feedback from our existing clients, employees and safety ambassadors, LINK determined that there was a gap in the accessibility of information collected from these visits. LINK knows the importance of worksite evaluations and the direct effect they have on safety in the workplace. This is how the LINK 360 application was born. It is a simple, yet innovative way to streamline our process, collect, and share information instantly while keeping safety center stage. At this time, the LINK 360 application is only used internally.
